Lockerbie Air Disaster Memorial [memorial] The monument is dedicated to the memory of all whom lost their lives in the terrorist incident when a bomb exploded on board a PanAm Boeing 747 air liner on December 21, 1988, Lockerbie, Scotland. The memorial list the names of the victims a total of 270 people, which represented all on board and a number on the ground.
