Tupper, Sir. Charles b. July 2, 1821 d. October 30, 1915 6th Canada Prime Minister. Served as Prime Minister of Canada from 1896 to 1896 as a Conservative from Nova Scotia. Served the shortest term in Canadian history, only 69 days, following Sir Mackenzie Bowell's ouster by the cabinet.
