Brewer, Earl LeRoy b. August 11, 1869 d. March 10, 1942 38th Mississippi Governor. He was admitted to the Mississippi State Bar in 1892 and opened a law office at Water Valley, Mississippi. From 1896 to 1900, he was a member of the Mississippi State Senate and in 1902, was appointed District Attorney for the eleventh judicial district.
