Bunker, Ellsworth b. May 11, 1894 d. September 27, 1984 US Diplomat. He graduated from Yale University in 1916 and became President of his family's business, the National Sugar Refining Company. In 1951 he was named Ambassador to Argentina, and Ambassador to Italy in 1952. He served as President of the American Red Cross from 1954 until being named Ambassador to Nepal in 1956.
