Edwards, Daniel Richmond b. April 9, 1888 d. October 21, 1967 World War I Medal of Honor Recipient. Born in Mooreville, Texas, he served as a Private 1st Class in Company C, 3rd Machine Gun Battalion, First Division, US Army. After returning to duty from hospital, he reported to his unit in actions near Soissons, France.
