King, John b. February 7, 1862 d. May 20, 1938 US Navy Peacetime Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Born in Ireland, he served in the United States Navy for twenty-six years, 1893 to 1919, retired a Chief Water Tender and is one of very few to receive the Medal of Honor twice for different events.
