Waller, Charlie b. January 19, 1935 d. August 18, 2004 Bluegrass Music Artist. Born in Joinerville, Texas, when he was 10, he moved with his mother to Washington, D.C. There in 1957, he founded the Country Gentlemen, an influential, widely traveled bluegrass band.
