Bulwinkle, Alfred Lee b. April 21, 1883 d. August 31, 1950 US Congressman. During World War I, Bulwinkle served as a major in the U.S. Army. He was elected in as a U.S. Representative from North Carolina. He served from 1921 to 1950, except for two years when he lost an election.
