Burke, Andrew Horace b. May 15, 1850 d. November 17, 1918 North Dakota Governor. He served as Governor of North Dakota from 1891 to 1893. He served during the Civil War as a Musician (drummer boy) in Company D, 75th Indiana Volunteer Infantry, being mustered in on July 17, 1862, and being discharged due to disability on January 5, 1863. Hinkle, James Fielding b. October 20, 1862 d. March 26, 1951 New Mexico Governor (1923-1925). A rancher and banker who moved to New Mexico in 1885, he became involved in politics in 1893 and was elected Governor in 1922. He served from 1923 to 1925.
