Davis, Freeman b. February 28, 1842 d. February 23, 1899 Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Served during the Civil War as a Sergeant in Company B, 80th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He was awarded the CMOH for his bravery at the Battle of Missionary Ridge, Tennessee on November 25, 1863. His citation reads "This soldier, while his regiment was falling back, seeing the 2 color bearers shot down, under a severe fire and at imminent peril recovered both the flags and saved them from capture". DeArmond, David Albaugh b. March 18, 1844 d. November 23, 1909 US Congressman. Elected to represent Missouri's 6th and 12th Districts in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1891 to 1909. Also served as a Member of the Missouri State Legislature.
