McLaughlin, Alford Lee b. March 18, 1928 d. January 15, 1977 Korean War Medal of Honor Recipient. He served as a Private First Class, Machine Gunner, in the US Marine Corps in Company L, 3d Battalion, 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division (Rein). He was awarded the Medal of Honor for action at Outpost Bruce, Korea on September 4-5, 1952.
