• Libbey, Harry  b. November 22, 1843  d. September 30, 1913
  US Congressman. He was elected to represent Virginia's 2nd District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1883 to 1887. He served as State Court Judge in 1869.

• Segar, Joseph Eggleston    b. June 1, 1804  d. April 30, 1880
  Civil War US Congressman. Elected to represent Virginia's 1st District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1861 to 1863. In 1836 he served as a member of the Virginia State Legislature. He died aboard the steamer "George Leary", en route to Washington, D.C. from Norfolk, Virginia.
