Brewer, Willis b. March 15, 1844 d. October 30, 1912 US Congressman. After serving in the Confederate Army during the Civil War, he was admitted to the bar in 1870 and commenced law practice at Haynesville, Alabama. He was a member of the State House of Representatives, 1880 to 1882 and 1890 to 1894. He served in the State Senate, 1882 to 1890 and 1894 to 1897.
