Huntley, Chester 'Chet' [cenotaph] b. December 10, 1911 d. March 20, 1974 Television Newscaster. He is most remembered for being paired with newsman David Brinkley on NBC television's nightly news. Born Chester Robert Huntley in Cardwell, Montana, he first worked for Movietone News and then moved to CBS Radio in Los Angeles.
