Sims, Henry 'Son' b. August 22, 1890 d. December 23, 1958 Blues Musician. He is best known for his association with early blues legend Charley Patton, and later a young guitarist and singer named McKinley Morganfield, who would later go onto fame as recording artist Muddy Waters. A native of Anguilla, Mississippi, Sims began his interest in music at a young age.
