Campbell, John b. September 11, 1765 d. June 23, 1828 US Congressman. He studied law and became an attorney in Charles County, Maryland. Campbell held several local offices and also served in the State House of Delegates. From 1792 to 1800 he was a member of the Maryland Senate. In 1800 he was elected to the US House of Representatives as a Federalist and served five terms, 1801 to 1811. After leaving Congress Campbell served as Judge of the Charles County Orphans' Court. Jenifer, Daniel b. April 15, 1791 d. December 18, 1855 Congressman, Diplomat. He studied law, became an attorney, and practiced in Maryland while also managing his family's estates and other business interests. He served in the State House of Delegates from 1817 to 1819 and again from 1829 to 1830. In 1830 he was elected to the US House of Representatives as an Anti-Jacksonian and served one term, 1831 to 1833.
