Baldwin, Harry Streett b. August 21, 1894 d. October 19, 1952 US Congressman. Elected to represent Maryland's 2nd District in the United States House of Representatives, he served from 1943 to 1947. He also served as a Member of the Maryland State House of Delegates from 1931 to 1933, and as a Delegate to the Democratic National Convention from Maryland in 1940, and again, in 1944.
