Crews, Charles Cotilda b. 1830 d. November 21, 1887 Civil Wat Confederate Army Officer. A practicing physician in Cuthbert, Georgia, he was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant of Georgia Cavalry in October of 1861. He was elected Captain of Company C of the 2nd Georgia Cavalry on May 7, 1862. He fought in all of the battles of the Army of Tennessee and was severely wounded in the hip in the attack at Dover, Tennessee in January of 1863.
