Romulo, Carlos Peņa b. January 14, 1899 d. December 15, 1985 Philippine Statesman. He graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1918, later receiving degrees from Columbia and Notre Dame. He was a Professor at the University of the Philippines from 1923 to 1928, and a Board of Regents member from 1929 to 1941.
