Andrews, Arthur Glenn b. January 15, 1909 d. September 25, 2008 US Congressman. Elected to represent the 4th district of Alabama in the US House of Representatives, he served from 1965 to 1967. He was defeated for re-election in 1966. At the time of his death at age 99, he was the oldest livng former US Congressman.
