Arnold, William Wright b. October 14, 1877 d. November 23, 1957 US Congressman. Born in Oblong, Illinois, he attended Austin College in Effingham and graduated from the law department of the University of Illinois at Urbana. He was admitted to the bar in 1901 and started a law practice in Robinson, Crawford County, which he maintained for many years.
