Hall, David b. January 4, 1752 d. September 18, 1817 Delaware Governor. He served in the Delaware General Assembly, and, during the Revolutionary War as a Colonel, being wounded at Germantown, New Jersey. Houston, John Wallace b. May 4, 1814 d. April 26, 1896 US Congressman. He was elected to represent Delaware as an At-Large delegate to the United States House of Representatives, serving three terms from 1845 until 1851. At the end of his third term he was not re-nominated for the seat, which subsequently was filled by Congressman George R. Riddle. Tunnell, Ebe Walter b. December 31, 1844 d. December 18, 1917 52nd Delaware Governor. He served as Governor of Delaware 1896 to 1900. After his term expired he served as Sussex County Clerk of the Peace in 1906. He was also owner of the "Delaware Pilot" newspaper, served as treasurer of Henlopen Manufacturing, and as a Trustee of Delaware State College.
