Abbas, Abu b. December 10, 1948 d. March 8, 2004 Terrorist. Born Muhammad Zaydan, he was the head of the terrorist group "Palestine Liberation Front". He masterminded the 1985 hijacking of the Italian passenger ship "Achille Lauro" in which a wheelchair-bound American tourist, Leon Klinghoffer was thrown overboard. He was captured by United States forces in Iraq in April, 2003, and was being held in United States military custody there when he died. Oudeh, Mohammed 'Abu Daoud' b. 1937 d. July 3, 2010 Terrorist. He was the leader of the militant "Black September" group, an offshoot of the Palestine Liberation Organization that became notorious in the early 1970s. Born in Palestinian East Jerusalem, Oudeh fled to Jordan following the 1967 Arab-Israeli War and soon joined the PLO.
