Cadman, Chuck b. February 21, 1948 d. July 9, 2005 Canadian Parliament Member, Victims Rights Advocate. Charles "Chuck" Cadman was a co-founder of Crime, Responsibility and Youth (CRY) in 1993 after the stabbing death of his son Jessie in 1992.
