Blaine, John James b. May 4, 1875 d. April 16, 1934 Wisconsin Governor, US Senator. He served as Governor of Wisconsin from 1921 to 1927 and was elected as a Republican Senator from Wisconsin to the United States Senate, serving from 1927 to 1933. During his political career he served as Mayor of Boscobel, Wisconsin from 1901 to 1904 and from 1906 to 1907, and as Attorney General of Wisconsin from 1919 to 1921. Clark, William Otis 'Otey' b. May 22, 1915 d. October 20, 2010 Major League Baseball Player. A right-handed pitcher, he was undefeated in four years playing for his hometown Boscabel High School, but did not break into the majors until he was almost 30. Clark debuted with the Boston Red Sox on April 17, 1945, and played his one ML season with that team. Four of his nine starts were complete games, including one shutout, and he went 4-4 with an ERA of 3.47. He also beat Bob Feller and the Cleveland Indians 2 to 1 in Fenway Park in Boston.
