Glatman, Harvey Murray b. December 10, 1927 d. September 18, 1959 Criminal. He was the son of Ophelia Gold and Albert Glatman of the Bronx, New York before they migrated to Colorado. He lived in Los Angeles, California. He was a death row inmate and the subject of Michael Newton's Book, "Rope", about his crimes. His cremated remains went unclaimed by his own mother. Northcott, Gordon Stewart b. 1908 d. October 2, 1930 Serial Killer. Dubbed the "The Wineville Chicken Coop Murderer" by the press in 1928, he was convicted of kidnapping, molesting and killing three boys in California's Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. Much of the evidence was found at his isolated ranch in Wineville. The case received national attention and events related to it led to public hearings that exposed corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department.
