Knievel, Evel (Robert Craig) b. October 17, 1938 d. November 30, 2007 Stuntman and entertainer. Robert Knievel was born in Butte, Montana. He was a motorcycle daredevil whose daring and highly publicized motorcycle jumps, including attempting to jump over the Snake River canyon, made him a household name.
