Baxter, Edward Felix b. September 18, 1885 d. April 18, 1916 World War I Victoria Cross Recipient. Born in Oldswinford, England, he served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers, The King's Liverpool Regiment, British Army.
