Bolin, Harvey Wesley b. July 1, 1908 d. March 4, 1978 Governor of Arizona. He became governor of Arizona in October of 1977 when Governor Raul Castro resigned to become United States Ambassador to Argentina. Unfortunately, he was only able to serve a short period of time as he died of a heart attack five months later. He was succeeded in office by Bruce Babbitt.
