Christian, Harry b. January 17, 1892 d. September 2, 1974 World War I Victoria Cross Recipient. Born in Wallthwaite, England, he served as a Private in the 2nd Battalion, Royal Lancaster Regiment, British Army. On October 18, 1915, during the Battle of Loos, Private Christian was holding a crater with five or six men in front of our trenches.
