Hunter, David Ferguson b. November 28, 1891 d. February 14, 1965 World War I Victoria Cross Medal Recipient. He served as a Corporal in the 115th Battalion, Highland Light Infantry. At Moeuvres, France, on September 16, 1918, the Highland Light Infantry was ordered to capture the outer defenses of the German Hindenburg Line.
