Palmer, Robert b. January 19, 1949 d. September 26, 2003 Rock Singer. Two-time Grammy winning singer/songwriter who's career over the past four decades was as colorful as some of the bands he was a member of and the styles of music he embraced. His earliest musical influences were Lena Horne and Nat King Cole, and he would eventually become an opening act for The Who and Jimi Hendrix early in his career.
