Atkins, Thomas E. b. February 5, 1921 d. September 15, 1999 World War II Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He served as a Private First Class in the United States Army in Company A, 127th Infantry, 32d Infantry Division. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for action on March 10, 1945 at Villa Verde Trail, Luzon, Philippine Islands.
