Dunn, Alexander Roberts b. September 15, 1833 d. January 25, 1868 Crimea War Victoria Cross Recipient. Born York, Upper Canada, he served as a Lieutenant in the 11th Hussars, British Army. During the Charge of the Light Brigade at the Battle of Balaclava, Russia, on October 25, 1854, Lieutenant Dunn was in command of troop of Light Dragoons horseman.
