Nsubuga, Emmanuel Kiwanuka b. November 11, 1914 d. April 20, 1991 Roman Catholic Religious Leader. A native of Kisule, near Kampala, Uganda, he studied at the Major Seminary of Katigondo and was ordained there on December 15, 1946. He did various tasks of pastoral work in the archdiocese of Kampala, from 1946 to 1966, among those as vicar general, from 1961 to1966 and as vicar capitular, in 1966 On October 30, 1966, he was consecrated archbishop of Kampala.
