Hallowes, Rupert Price b. May 5, 1881 d. October 1, 1915 World War I Victoria Cross Recipient. Born in Redhill Surrey, England, he served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Middlesex Regiment, British Army.
