Knox, Victor Alfred b. January 13, 1899 d. December 31, 1976 US Congressman. Elected tor represent Michigan's 11th District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1953 to 1965. He was defeated in 1947, and 1964, as Republican. Also served as a Member of the Michigan State House of Representatives from Chippewa County from 1937 to 1952, and Speaker of the Michigan State House of Representatives from 1947 to 1952.
