  US Congressman. He was elected to represent Michigan's 10th District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1891 to 1895. He served as Mayor of Bay City, Michigan, from 1883 to 1885, and as a Delegate to the Democratic National Convention from Michigan in 1896. (Bio by: K)
