Howe, James Donnie b. December 17, 1948 d. May 6, 1970 Viet Nam Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Served in the Viet Nam War in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal in Company I, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division. He was awarded the CMOH for his bravery on May 6, 1970.
