Clymer, George b. March 16, 1739 d. January 23, 1813 Declaration of Independence Signer, United States Constitution Signer. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, his mother died when he was a year old. His father, a sea captain, died when he was seven, and young George was raised by his aunt and uncle. Dickinson, Philemon b. April 5, 1739 d. February 4, 1809 Polititian. A multiple state patriot, along with his brother John, during the forming of our nation. After moving to Trenton, New Jersey in 1767 he was appointed as a Delegate to the New Jersey Provincial Congress in 1776.
