Collins, Thomas b. 1732 d. March 29, 1789 Delaware Governor. He served as Sheriff of Kent County, Delaware and in the Delaware House of Representatives as the Speaker of the House. During the Revolutionary War he was a Brigader General of the Delaware Militia. Served as Delaware's 8th President (Governor) from October 28, 1786 until his death on March 29, 1789. Temple, William b. February 28, 1814 d. May 28, 1863 US Congressman, US Governor. Elected to represent Delaware in the United States House of Representatives as an At-Large Delegate, he served in 1863. Williams, James b. August 4, 1825 d. April 12, 1899 US Congressman. Served in the Delaware State House of Representatives in 1856 and 1862. Served in the Delaware State Senate in 1866 and 1871.
