Dickson, Frank Stoddard b. October 6, 1876 d. February 24, 1953 US Congressman. Born in Hillsboro, Illinois, Dickson started out as a schoolteacher in Ramsey, Fayette County. He enlisted in the army in April 1898 and served during the Spanish-American War; following his discharge from service in May 1899 he returned to Ramsey.
