Campbell, William Bowen b. February 1, 1807 d. August 19, 1867 Civil War Union Brigadier General, US Congressman, Tennessee Governor. Served as a General in the Union Army during the Civil War. Elected to represent Tennessee's 5th and 6th Districts in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1837 to 1843, and 1866 until his death in 1867. Also served as a Member of the Tennessee State House of Representatives in 1835, State Court Judge in 1847, and Governor of Tennessee from 1851 to 1853. Golladay, Edward Isaac b. September 9, 1830 d. July 11, 1897 US Congressman. Served as a Colonel in the Confederate Army during the Civil War. Elected to represent Tennessee's 5th District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1871 to 1873, being defeated in 1872. Also served as a Member of the Tennessee State House of Representatives from 1857 to 1858, and Presidential Elector from Tennessee in 1860. Hatton, Robert H. b. November 2, 1826 d. May 31, 1862 Civil War Confederate Brigadier General. At the start of the Civil War in 1861, he called for volunteers at Nashville, Tennessee and signed up one thousand men. Oraginized as 7th Tennessee Infantry, he was apponited Colonel in command and was then assigned to fight in the Army of Northern Virginia with General Robert E. Lee. He was promoted Brigadier General on May 23, 1862 and eight days later died at the Battle of Seven Pines Richmond, Virginia.
