Ford (Meredith) Jr., Patrick (James) F. b. April 11, 1872 d. January 18, 1915 Spanish-American War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Born James Meredith, he served in the United States Marine Corps during the War with Spain as a Private on board the "USS Marblehead". He was awarded the CMOH for his bravery during the cutting of the cable leading from Cienfuegos, Cuba, on May 11, 1898.
