Hopkins, Charles Ferren b. May 16, 1842 d. February 14, 1934 Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He was mustered in as a Private in Company I, 1st New Jersey Volunteer Infantry on June 10, 1861, and was promoted to Corporal on January 1, 1862.
