Mary Louise Smiley was born in Groesbeck to L.M. and Mary Batchelor Smiley. She had lived in Azle since 2005 and was a former resident of Abilene. Mrs. Ingram was one of the original "super moms" of the 1950s. She was able to manage her work responsibilities with raising her family in a loving and excellent manner.
Mrs. Ingram was devoted in her faith and was an active member of First Baptist Church of Abilene and Ash Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Olan B. Ingram, on April 12, 2012.
Survivors: Son, Olan D. Ingram of Fort Worth; brothers, L.M. Smiley Jr. and Billy Smiley; sisters, JoAnn Hanna and Sarah McCraw; a number of nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
