Mabel was born to Henry Whitcomb Holley and Eliza Jane Christi Holley in on May 22, 1873 in Minnesota. She died at 3020 Pacific Avenue in Everett Washington due to horrific 3rd degree burns sustained in a fire while adding wood to their stove in their home. Her mother also sustained burns to her hands in an effort to put out the flames on her daughters dress and body.
Sadly, Mabel did not survive. I can't imagine seeing your own daughter suffer and perish in this manner. So sad.
