Deborah was born October 20, 1940, in Springfield to James and Louise (Ross) Turner. While in Springfield, she was a member of High Street Baptist Church. She served there for many years in the choir, nursery, the women's prayer group, and as the wedding coordinator.
Debbie graduated from Parkview High School in 1958. Debbie married Forrest Lambeth on August 30, 1958, and he survives. Also surviving are: three children, Jennifer Sahmel and husband Gary, James Forrest Lambeth and wife Julie, Jonathan Lambeth and wife Nikki; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Holly, Joshua, Luke, Jenae, David, and Stephen; one great-granddaughter, Riley; three sisters, Mary Hermanski, Nancy Hicks and husband Clarence, Jimmie Lou Wright and husband Don, along with many other loving relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents.
