Funeral Held for Mrs. Blanks
Funeral services were held for Ada May Blanks, 78, at Goetz Chapel on Tuesday, July 25, at 10am.
Interment was in the San Geronimo cemetery with Rev. Chester Karrick officiating.
Mrs. Blanks was born March 4, 1883, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Lindsey Short, prominent pioneer citizens of Seguin. She was the widow of Will G. Blanks, who preceded her in death Sept. 3rd, 1951. Decedent is survived by a sister, Mrs. Charles Duggan, of Seguin and several nieces and nephews.
Pall bearers were Alex Greenwood, Joe Burges, Nolte Starcke, Dudley Baker, John Bauchman, and Al Koebig.
