Originally buried in Willis Family Cemetery near Kino, Barren Co., KY. Description from Barren County Cemetery Records Book: This cemetery was located on the Virgie Oldham farm in the Kino area. Take Hwy 90 east to Hwy 1330 (Kino Road). Turn left and go about 2 miles to the Lick Branch Road. Turn right at the farm opposite this intersection. Go to the barn and turn south east and go into the field on a dirt road. The cemetery is .3 mile from the barn. Continue straight for about half this distance and then turn to the left about 30 degrees and continue on this course by foot crossing a valley, Lick Branch Creek and up a hill on the far side of the creek. Cemetery was located about midway up the hill.

All burials were re-interred in Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, KY. on Aug 28, 1917. Newspaper article in The Courier-Journal - Aug 29, 1917 p.6. It lists all that were re-interred and gives family history. Her full name was listed as Sally Twyman Garnett Willis in this article.
